Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Joomlapartner Internet Agency ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We offer web development, CMS support, consultancy, hosting advice, and related digital services. A detailed scope of each project is agreed upon in writing (e.g., proposal, quotation, or email confirmation).

2. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.
• Invoices are due within 14 days, unless agreed differently in writing.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services and applicable fees.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, all custom code, designs, and deliverables remain our property until full payment has been received. After full payment, rights of use are transferred to the client for agreed purposes only.

4. Client Responsibilities

• You must provide timely access to relevant information, materials, and systems needed for the execution of the project.
• You are responsible for backups of your data unless explicitly included in our services.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client data and project details confidentially and do not share them with third parties, except as required to deliver agreed services (e.g., hosting partners) or by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, data loss, or loss of income. Our liability is limited to the amount invoiced and paid for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Invoices for work already completed remain payable. In case of early termination, partial work may be invoiced pro rata.

8. Revisions and Scope Changes

Small revisions are included, as agreed per project. Additional work or scope changes will be quoted separately and only executed after approval.

9. Hosting and Third Parties

We may advise or assist with third-party services (such as hosting or payment providers), but are not responsible for the availability, security, or terms of those services.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
